• Holds four cylinders from 4.0 to 12.0 inch diameter in the vertical position

• Constructed from 11 Gauge hot rolled steel
• Racks rated as 1600 lbs total capacity (400 lbs per cylinder)
• Forklift pockets are fully enclosed 24 inches long 2-way entry. Fork entry openings are 8 x 3 inches
• Offset deck is reinforced with 3 sets of support bars for strength and rigidity. Lowered deck (1 ½ inch off ground) makes cylinder loading easy and safe, unique in the industry
• Edges are protected with steel reinforced vinyl edge guarding to help maintain your cylinders and provide extra grip
• Support straps (2 per cylinder station) are 1.5 inch wide by 54 inch long polypropylene with steel cinch buckle and rate a robust 1138 PSI and are the primary means of support as they enable the cylinders to be held tight and secure against the brackets
• Chain sets (G-105) are optional and can be easily retrofit as a second means of support
• Steel parts are sealed with powder paint to assure long service life and chemical resistance
