Product Information:

• Holds two cylinders in the vertical position from 4.0 to 12.0 inch diameter
• All steel, finishing, packaging, and labor made 100% in the USA and Canada
• Constructed from .125” thick 2.0” x 2.0” square steel tube, welded, Grade ASTM A-500
• Full perimeter welded and sealed all junction points. Tops ground smooth and cappped with HDPE polyethylene caps
• Powder painted Black semi gloss with UV inhibitors electro deposition base coat
• Plated steel chain snaps
• #2/0 twist loop plated steel chain with welded links included as means of support for cylinders (two per cylinder station)
• Floor mounting holes included on lower tube structure have .406 inch diameter mounting holes. For seismic installations, S4 rated anchor bolts, 3/8 inch diameter by 5 inch long are recommended (not included). Two mounting holes are supplied for each arm of each rack 2 or more cylinders deep, one per arm for single cylinder deep racks.
• Units qualify for Seismic Zone 4 construction and applications. Racks meet or exceed NFPA, UFC, OSHA, CGA standards for storage of compressed gas cylinders
